ABOUT Chris Hamel

 

As a Lead Coordinator / Project Manager at Precision Mechanical Drafting, Chris specializes in providing 3D modeling and coordination services for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for trade contractors.  He also specializes in BIM/ MEP coordination management on behalf of construction managers and design professionals during the design and pre-construction phase of projects. 

 
Chris holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from WPI and worked as a Sr MEP Manager for Consigli construction prior to joining the team.  As a former Sr. MEP Manager for Consigli, Chris brings a detailed understanding of the entire construction process to projects, from schematic design to the operations and maintenance of an occupied building. Chris leverages years of experience in construction scheduling, field management, commissioning, and MEP system design, installation, and operation, to deliver high-quality, buildable, serviceable, and timely 3D models to customers.
